Trial Period

We recommend that once we have shortlisted potential applicants, you have an initial telephone conversation with them, at a pre arranged time, to help decide who you would like to see for either an interview,a trial week or to commence employment (if they are not currently in the UK).

If the applicant you selected is already in the UK, we are happy to offer you a no obligation, free, one week trial period so that you can get to know your housekeeper, houseman or couple and see them in action. You would have to pay the employee(s) for the week’s work, along with their travel expenses, but no Agency fee becomes due until after the trial week.

Following a successful appointment,and upon receipt of the agency fee,within 7 days from the date of invoice, we are happy to offer a 12 weeks' guarantee, during which time we will replace the employee if you are not satisfied with them.

If you do not find a suitable candidate after trying two applicants for a trial week, the agency charges a temporary fee for each further applicant. If you wish to retain your housekeeper for a second week's trial, the weekly temporary fee becomes due.

If you find a suitable applicant through alternative means after you have had a one week trial with our applicant, the Agency will charge you a one week temporary fee.
